Scholarships

The Foundation has awarded over $1 million in scholarships to more than 950 talented students pursuing careers in food and hospitality. These scholarships provide invaluable opportunities, investing in the bright future of the industry’s next leaders.

Wisconsin ProStart® Program
Fueling passion for culinary arts and hospitality, Wisconsin ProStart reaches 10,000+ students annually in 115+ high schools. This dynamic program offers training, mentorships, competitions, and real-world experiences, giving students the skills and confidence to thrive in the industry.

Wisconsin ProStart® Invitational
A high-energy, competitive event where top students showcase their culinary and management skills, gaining valuable feedback from industry professionals. State champions go on to represent Wisconsin at the National ProStart Invitational, competing against peers from across the country.

ProStart® Career & Industry Expos
These exciting one-day field trips introduce students to the diverse world of hospitality. Students tour venues, explore careers, participate in hands-on culinary demos, and network with industry leaders—creating lasting connections that help shape their future in the field.
