By attending Cheers to Hospitality, you’re doing more than indulging in exceptional cuisine—you’re supporting the future of the restaurant industry. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation, with a special focus on the Wisconsin ProStart® program.
Wisconsin ProStart® is an innovative high school curriculum that fuels students’ passion for culinary arts and hospitality management. Offered in over 115 high schools, the program equips more than 10,300 students each year with real-world skills through hands-on training, mentorships, networking, and competitions. One of the program’s highlights is the Wisconsin ProStart Invitational, a thrilling competition where students demonstrate their culinary creativity and management expertise in front of top industry professionals. The state champions then go on to represent Wisconsin in the National ProStart Invitational, where they face off against their peers from across the country.
At Cheers to Hospitality, you’ll have the chance to meet some of these bright, young ProStart students and even witness their culinary skills in action.
